Our portfolio is diverse and encompasses various property types, including corporate office buildings, equipment yards, waterfront work yards, fabrication facilities, solar arrays, remote sites, urban and rural rental properties, and more.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional project management skills, with the capability to budget, oversee, and successfully complete facility-related projects within established timelines and budgets.
Job
Responsibilities:
Independently review and annotate contract documents received as part of requests for proposals.
Assume responsibility for the oversight of facilities and properties situated across the United States, spanning locations in New England, Florida, Maryland, Texas, and Illinois.
Manage facility projects, encompassing both new construction and renovations.
Oversee the day-to-day maintenance and repair requirements of company-owned sites.
Lead improvement and renovation projects for all company-owned sites, including estimation, bidding, and project execution.
Take charge of budgeting, strategic-level planning, and space allocation across all properties.
Supervise both in-house Team Members and subcontractors engaged in construction activities.
Maintain positive and professional interactions with customers and Team Members at all organizational levels.

Qualifications/Requirements:
Possession of a Bachelor's Degree along with 5 years of experience or a minimum of 10 years of experience in facilities or properties management, or in a building construction project management capacity.
Preferred experience in handling confidential and sensitive materials.
Knowledge of building codes, real estate practices, and laws is advantageous.
Familiarity with LEAN/Six Sigma/Continuous Improvement practices is a plus.
Occasional travel may be required.
